Our cast iron cookware range is manufactured in France using traditional casting methods and each piece is enamelled twice for added durability. Cast iron's excellent heat-retaining properties mean you can use lower hob and oven settings and save energy while cooking. The casseroles have rings on the underside of the lids, allowing the moisture which evaporates during cooking to drip back down into the food, keeping it moist - ideal for slow cooking. Suitable for all hob types including induction and under the grill. Oven safe to 200°C/400°F/ gas mark 6. 10 year guarantee.
